Beta carotene found in fruits and leafy vegetable is also one of the rich sources of vitamin A but people who smoke regularly should avoid it as some studies has shown that there is a link between beta carotene and lung cancer. High dosage of vitamin C causes diarrhea and high dosage of vitamin is said to cause problems in blood clotting.
