The proportionally-spaced side features line sizes ranging from 10/100 to 10/8 (20/200 to 20/15) equivalent. The 10/80 (20/160) and 10/50 (20/100) lines have been omitted. The 50% spaced rectangles side (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) has line sizes from 10/40 to 10/8 (20/80 to 20/16) equivalent. Has a hole for hanging the chart on the wall. Includes a response key and instructions.
